HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Step 1: Contact us
Email info@jellyiconic.com with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Receive return shipping label
We will email you a prepaid return shipping label (we cover return shipping).

Step 3: Pack and ship
Pack your item securely and ship it to the address on the label using the prepaid shipping.

Step 4: Refund processed
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Items eligible for return:
- Original condition (unworn, unwashed)
- All original packaging and materials included
- Returned within 30 days of purchase date

Items NOT eligible for return:
- Worn or visibly used items
- Items with visible damage from customer use
- Items without original packaging
- Returns submitted after 30 days

REFUND TIMELINE

Refund processing:
- Inspection: 2-3 business days after we receive your return
- Refund issued: 5-7 business days after inspection
- Credit to original payment method: 3-5 business days (varies by bank)

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrived damaged or defective:
1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos
2. We will either ship a replacement or issue a refund
3. Return shipping label provided at no cost

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange for a different size/color:
1. Return your original item (following return process above)
2. Once refund is processed, place a new order
