SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING DETAILS

Shipping Location: United States only (48 continental states)

Shipping Speed: 
- Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days from order placement
- Processing time: Orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday-Friday)
- Weekends & holidays: Not included in processing time

Shipping Cost:
- Flat rate: $7.99 (included in all orders)
- Free shipping offer: Not currently available (May be offered seasonally)

SHIPPING CARRIER

Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. You will receive tracking information 
within 24 hours of shipment via email.

DELIVERY DATES

Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Delivery dates 
do not include:
- Weekends and federal holidays
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST (ship next business day)
- Delays from weather, natural disasters, or carrier issues

DELAYED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date:
1. Check your tracking number (sent via email)
2. Contact us at info@jellyiconic.com with your order number
3. We will investigate and either reship or issue a refund

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship to the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

ADDRESS ERRORS

You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address at checkout. If your address is 
incorrect after checkout, contact us immediately at info@jellyiconic.com. We cannot change 
addresses after orders are processed.

PACKAGE LIABILITY

Jelly Iconic is not responsible for:
- Packages left in unsafe locations
- Theft or damage after delivery
- Extreme weather delays
- Carrier-related delays beyond our control

SIGNATURE REQUIRED

Standard orders do not require signatures. If signature is required due to carrier policy, 
the carrier will attempt delivery. You must sign for the package upon delivery.
